Moyinoluwa Olufisayo
Product designer with 6+ years shipping consumer and B2B products at scale across travel, legal tech, and AI. I define multi-year product visions, sequence dependency-honest roadmaps, and align senior leadership on long-horizon strategy. At Booking.com, my work has contributed to 500M+ EUR in revenue impact through experimentation strategy, end-to-end ancillary growth, and systems thinking. Currently solo-shipping Scenra, an AI-native iOS app, while leading ancillary growth in Flights. Comfortable in ambiguous problem spaces, influencing teams I do not directly own, and exercising strategic judgment about when AI is the right tool.

Senior Product Designer, Ancillary Growth
Booking.com · London · Travel & hospitality · 800M+ monthly visitors · Lead 2 designers and 10 engineers
- Defined and presented the 4-year post-book ancillaries vision (2024–2028) to product directors, GPMs, and senior design leadership; aligned 27 cross-functional stakeholders across a two-day workshop. 4 of 16 vision concepts shipped to production by H2 2025; remaining 12 embedded in the 2026–2028 roadmap.
- Defined and presented the 2026/27 seat selection vision; vision approved as the seat-selection direction and on the H1 2026 roadmap, with 8 features shipped during the vision phase. First end-to-end vision sprint at Booking.com prototyped primarily with Figma AI on top of the production design system.
- Diagnosed a -€270k Fast Track ancillary launch as UX failure (not product-market fit) using a hypothesis matrix and 16-participant unmoderated usability testing. Built the business case for V2; recovered conversion by +2.95pp and shipped +€180k/month in incremental revenue.
- Shipped 5 new product verticals end-to-end (generative research through post-launch optimization). 52% attach rate, 13% returning customer rate, contributing to 500M+ EUR in cumulative ancillary revenue.
- Defined and shipped an experimentation framework for the Flights org. Standardized hypothesis formation, success metrics, sample-size calculations, and statistical-rigor guidelines. Built a Chrome extension for experiment tracking now used by 200+ PMs, engineers, and designers.
- Mentor 2 designers through weekly 1:1s, design critiques, and career development. Run cross-team design reviews that raise the design quality bar across the Flights org.

Scenra · AI-native iOS road-trip planner
Solo-built · TestFlight Build 13 · SwiftUI · Node.js on Vercel · Claude API · Google Places · Mapbox
- Identified whitespace in the travel and mapping market: existing navigation products optimize for speed, not experience. Defined the product vision for an AI-native app that answers "what is worth seeing between A and B," and shipped from zero to working TestFlight build in days.
- Designed a hybrid AI architecture where Claude Sonnet selects scenic stops from a blend of verified Google Places data (60%) and its own knowledge (40%). Built a 5-stage validation pipeline that catches hallucinated locations through reverse geocoding, country verification, progressive geographic ordering, and corridor filtering.
- Engineered a progressive UX architecture where the result screen appears at generation start and content loads incrementally. Perceived wait stays under 3 seconds while actual generation runs 15–20 seconds.
- Created a full design system: variable font with roundness axis control, six accessible nature-inspired tint and text pairs (WCAG 2.1 verified), custom UIKit floating sheet controller with spring physics, velocity-aware snap animations, and haptic feedback patterns.
- Validated through real-world test drives (Cheddar Gorge, London to Edinburgh) where edge cases surfaced and were fixed: a hallucinated service stop drove the Google Places verification pipeline; same-location crashes, incorrect overnight tags, and generic error states were resolved through systematic stress-test suites.
- Solo-built the entire stack: SwiftUI iOS app (MapKit, CoreLocation, parallel async/await with TaskGroup, custom UIKit presentations), serverless Node.js backend on Vercel, MD5-based corridor caching, structured error handling, and export to Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze.
